Role: Director, Digital Product Design

Working alongside the creative and sports marketing teams at MSG Entertainment, I oversaw and collaborated in executing the UI and UX design of the New York Rangers app from 2023 through the campaign kickoff of the 2025-26 Centennial season.

Partnering with the NY Rangers marketing team to bring seasonal campaigns to life, our team initiated the program with user research tests for content priority and fan expectations. We then provided creative feedback and collaboration on font recommendations, color theory, marketing asset layouts and placements. Diving into our app vendor Fanreach’s library of marketing cards and templates, we created Figma systems to develop app icons, headers, back plates and other various UI needs so we could quickly render graphic assets for tentpole events and any shifts in marketing strategy throughout seasons.

Working efficiently with FanReach to launch a brand-new mobile platform, we provided fans with a fully refreshed digital experience at the start of the 2023-24 season. Featuring real-time game scores, team and player stats, Ticketmaster, Rover, Satisfi, and Lava SDK integrations, automated push notifications, downloadable wallpapers and various other fan-centric touchpoints, it has proven to be a highly regarded refresh for fans across the board. As of September 2025, the app sports a 4.8 rating in the iOS App Store and 4.6 rating on Google Play.
