The Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes received a completely refreshed mobile app to allow guests of the show to access their tickets more easily than ever before. Planning for the 100th Anniversary of the Rockettes ahead of the 2025 holiday season, I led the charge to quickly design a new mobile app experience that provided users easy access to their digital tickets.

Partnering with the creative director at MSG Entertainment to align on the new season’s campaign identity, I worked up a full prototype of a new app environment that featured entry points to the Ticketmaster login journey for ticket access, in-app browser paths to the mobile ticketing tutorials, promotional marketing opportunities for merch through the Rockettes eCommerce shop, and whimsical touches of visual art tied to show aesthetics. Given the short turn around before the season’s marketing push, our product lead worked with app vendor Yinzcam to re-establish the technical foundations for bringing an older version of our app back to life with a fully revamped UI and experience flows. Fresh splash screens with transitional animation, easy app onboarding steps with original photography, and a clear landing page brought users from a wide variety of local and international demographics into the new experience.

Having earned deep reliance from marketing stakeholders and executives responsible for financing this new app, my contributions during my last days at MSG Entertainment proved once again the value, efficiency and storied experience my leadership brings to all aspects of my professional efforts.
